IT Call Center Specialist

Core Dynamic Services is seeking an individual to deliver high quality, Level II technical support for troubleshooting advanced clients-server software, hardware, and network-based issues for large healthcare organizations. The candidate should be a flexible and resourceful professional technician possessing strong communication and customer-service skills bolstering a solid and diverse technological aptitude to identify and resolve the root catalyst for reported issues, as well as being willing to develop technical competencies to install and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems used for clinical and business applications. Candidate will effectively translate customer support communications to fulfill business objectives to improve patient care.
While most of the required time will be servicing clients over the phone, this position requires a valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of customer issues with hardware, software, and operating systems and work to expeditiously resolve them
- Provide desk-side and remote assistance to customer
- Clearly articulate activities and documents solutions to issues in ticket system
- Escalates problems when appropriate
- Supports emerging and evolving technologies (desktops, laptops, smartphones and other handheld devices, etc.)
- Gather and share knowledge/experiences with colleagues and management
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and system groups
- Research technologies and attend training to keep current with latest technologies

- Provide after-hours and on-call on a rotation schedule
- Assist Level III technical support/Network Operations assignments as directed

Preferred Experience & Credentials:
- Two to five years’ experience working in a technical support capacity for a diverse customer base using various evolving technologies, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Competent knowledge of computer desktop, laptop, and mobile hardware, operating systems; networking, remote access, client-server and thin client technologies
- Experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory
- Help Desk Professional or equivalent certification required (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, Help Desk Institute, etc.)

Systems Engineer

Core Dynamic Services is a group of IT professionals providing network, server, desktop, and application support to clients throughout the United States. We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team.
Systems Engineer: Summary Of Responsibilities:
- Monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots all enterprise infrastructure to ensure maximum performance, optimal connectivity, availability, and scalability
- Designs and evolves existing systems architecture, including implementing new technologies when appropriate
- Acts as a point of contact for hardware and service providers and vendors
- Clearly articulates activities and documents solutions and routines

- Standard operational support (e.g., handles tickets escalated from general support tiers)

General Experience :

Cyber Security Engineer
Core Dynamic Services is a Cyber Security and Managed IT Company. We provide services for clients in the Legal, Healthcare, Industrial and Government sectors.
The Core Dynamic Services Cyber Security Engineer is responsible for reviewing the operational cyber security system architectures and providing recommendations for system improvements and security hardening. The Cyber Security Engineer will interface between clients and internal stakeholders protect and trouble shoot Cyber Security issues. The Cyber Security Engineer will partner with stakeholders throughout the production environment to ensure that all systems are operated in accordance with the baseline configuration documents and DoD requirements. This position will be responsible for the configuration and management of policies, integrating the data protection solution with other security controls, as well as developing and maintaining necessary security operational procedures and other technical guidelines.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in architecture and engineering development, implementation, integration, maintenance and improvement of cybersecurity systems to meet particular needs with regard to building software/hardware components and supporting technical infrastructure.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and corresponding security concerns. Identify security architecture capabilities and design security architecture solutions to mitigate potential threats.
- Assess emerging technologies against the security architecture to determine where they address security gaps, overlap with existing functionality or extend capabilities.
- Serve as Information Systems subject matter expert; provide consulting services as required.
- Support the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of the data protection solutions across the enterprise.
- Analyze cloud user traffic to identify anomalous activity and specify areas to strengthen protection of cloud data and applications.
- Implement technical measures or leverage existing technologies to prevent sensitive data from leaving the organization through email network traffic cloud storage/applications etc.
- Assist in the integration of the data protection solutions into other security solutions and business processes.
- Participate in security investigations as assigned by management.
- Create and maintain technical process documentation for Cyber Security.
- Monitor and report on systems and integrated applications as needed.
- Educating and training other team members on aspects and requirements of data protection.
- Developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans.
